Arrows Church is a new church having launched Easter 2022. We are a portable church meeting in a local high school. Most importantly, we are a community where everyone's welcome, nobody's perfect, and with Jesus anything's possible. We strive to be firm where the Bible is firm, flexible where it is flexible and value being together, courageous, generous, and different.

Our Story
In the beginning… Robert said, “Do you want to go to Homecoming with me?” That was 1991 and the rest as they say is HIStory. Robert and Shelly have been married over twenty-five years and have four kids which make up the perfect blend of spontaneity, unconditional love, and disfunction. Robert holds a M.Div in Theology and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. (wait for it…… Whoop!)
Robert and Shelly began serving while young adults as high capacity volunteers in several churches leading ministries to Middle school and High school students, college-aged, and adult groups throughout Texas. In 2005, God opened the door for them to go into full-time Student Ministry. After moving to Nebraska in 2011, God has allowed them to serve in several areas of the local church such as Families, Adults, Groups, Worship, Communications, and even Production. But perhaps their favorite area to serve in is helping strengthen marriages. Robert and Shelly have helped over 200 couples build, grow, and strengthen their marriage. In the Summer of 2021, God called Robert & Shelly to start a new church in the city they were living in. Though resistant at first, they submitted to what they truly felt like obedience to God and began laying the foundations of Arrows Church. Arrows Church officially launched on Easter Sunday, 2022 as a portable church meeting in Papillion LaVista South High School. Robert & Shelly’s prayer for Arrows Church is a community where Everyone’s Welcome, Nobody’s Perfect, and with Jesus, Anything is Possible. |
