Thinking of Attending?
Entering a church for the first time can feel overwhelming. Your personal experiences and feelings might make it seem either intimidating or thrilling. Whatever your reaction, it takes bravery, and we're excited for you!
We gather on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM.
You probably have questions...
Will I be welcome?
- Without question, we say around here everyone's welcome. You can expect to be greeted by many people (even those not tasked with welcoming you). Our goal is to build a genuine community rooted in true connection.
- We've been there and that’s a tough place to be. Maybe you think you’ve done too much for God to welcome you? Even though you might feel that you’re too far gone, that doesn’t make it true. The Bible actually says the exact opposite of that and we'd love to help you learn that truth!
- God may not have "shown up" like you needed Him to once or multiple times. Maybe you’ve suffered at the hands of someone else’s brokenness, and God didn’t stop it. Maybe He didn’t answer a prayer like you wanted Him to. The short version is this... it sucks and it’s painful, and it certainly has you thinking, “I don't even know if I can trust God.” Again, you’re not alone, and it is very common. As difficult as it might be, we invite you to lean in, to step towards the hurt and all the other emotions that come with it. We want to help.
- Welcome back! No matter how long it’s been since you’ve been in church, make the decision to visit us. Every church is different and we might be nothing like you last experienced. Our desire is that you would feel genuinely ‘at home.’ And if you find we're not a good fit for you, we will help you find another great church in our area... (seriously).
You probably have practical questions...
Is there a dress code?
- Absolutely... please come dressed 😂 . We are a “come as you are” bunch.
- Arrows Kids (our ministry to children) is available during the service for kids from birth through 6th grade. The north entrance of our lobby is our Arrows Kids area where you’ll see the big welcome area. You’ll want to give yourself about 5-10 extra minutes to get them checked in and learn the process of how we prioritize your child’s safety. You’ll be able to walk through the Kids’ area and see the rooms. Kids typically have a blast at church every single week in addition to learning a Bible-based lesson. Your trust in us is very, very important, and we do not hold it lightly.
- Our middle school and high school students gather every Wednesday night at 7:00pm. You can find more information about that on our student page.
- Ask us! Most of our Guest Services team wear lanyards or a 'volunteer' shirt that makes them easy to spot.
